Interaction Model for Single-person Household Using Persona
-based Scenario Method

The purpose of this study is to develop an interaction model by analyzing the interaction of the Single-person household with the system in the residential space.
Single-person households have a wide age range and various behaviors and needs, which makes it difficult to analyze and
research the whole population. Therefore, I would like to apply a Persona-based Scenario method that focuses on a specific group of users with obvious needs.
Therefore, in this study, the definition and application method of the Persona-based Scenario method was studied, and the user action and the system were reinterpreted. I develop a persona setting and scenario through user type and nine user actions through user research analysis. I develop an interaction model by analyzing the systems that interact with Single-person household in the action scenario. This can be effectively used as a user-centered design tool and communication tool for interaction design for Single-person households.
본 연구는 급증하고 있는 1인 가구의 주거 공간 내 시스템과의 인터랙션 행위를 분석하여 인터랙션 모델을 개발하는데 목적을 두었다. 1인 가구는 넓은 연령층과 다양한 행태와 요구를 가지고 있어 전체를 대상으로 분석 및 연구를 하기에는 많은 어려움이 따른다. 이에 분명한 니즈를 가진 특정한 사용자 그룹을 중심으로 디자인 하는 페르소나 기반 시나리오 기법을 적용하고자 한다. 이는 다양한 특성을 지닌 1인 가구의 인터랙션 모델을 개발하는데 기반이 된다.
따라서 본 연구에서는 페르소나 기반 시나리오 기법 의 정의, 적용 방법에 대하여 알아보고, 1인 가구의 현황 파악을 통하여 사용자 행위와 시스템에 대하여 재해석하였다. 그리고 사용자 리서치 분석을 통해 나온 사용자 유형 및 9가지 사용자 행위를 통하여 페르소나 설정 및 시나리오를 개발하고, 이는 4개의 각 페르소나 타입마다 9가지 행위 시나리오를 가지고 있다. 설정된 행위 시나리오 안에서 1인가구와 인터랙션을 하고 있는 시스템들을 분석하여 인터랙션 모델을 개발한다. 이는 1인 가구를 위한 인터랙션 디자인시 사용자 중심 설계도구와 커뮤니케이션 수단으로써 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다.
