A Proposal of Expert Matching Health Care Service in Vietnam: “MeDe Share”

This study suggests 1:1 expert matching health care service; “MeDe Share”.
Health care is essential in our life. Nowadays, government also has demanded new paradigms with The Fourth Industrial Revolution in the health care market. However, domestic medical regulation still restricts telemedicine and visiting medical services. Therefore, this study proposes to focus on Vietnamese market. The reason for selecting Vietnamese market is visiting medical care is possible in Vietnam at anytime, anywhere and the number of hospitals is insufficient to compare with the number of population and doctor.
This services include: 1. Visiting health care at anytime, anywhere 2. Medicine delivery service without prescription 3. Connection and reservation with hospital if surgery is required.
I hope this service will improve the quality of their lives and be helpful on the future domestic health care service developments.
본 연구에서는 1:1 전문가 매칭 헬스케어 서비스 “MeDe Share”를 제안한다.
건강 관리는 삶의 기본이자 필수 요소이며 고령사회 진입, 생활 수준 향상으로 예방적 건강 관리 및 웰니스 에 가치를 두는 사용자 중심의 U-헬스케어가 주목받 고 있다. 정부 또한 4차 산업혁명과 함께 헬스케어 시 장의 새로운 패러다임을 요구하고 있다. 그러나 국내 의료법은 원격 의료 및 방문 의료 서비스를 제한하고 있다. 말은 혁명을 외치고 있으나 실상은 근본적인 문 제가 해결되지 못하고 있다. 이로 인해 국내 시장에서 는 이 같은 서비스를 제안하기에는 어려움이 있다고 판단하였다. 이에 본 연구는 의료법에서 비교적 자유 로운 베트남 시장을 중심으로 서비스를 제안한다. 베 트남은 언제 어디서나 방문 의료가 가능하며, 인구 수 와 의사 수에 비교해 병원 수가 부족하여 본 서비스에 가장 적합하기 때문이다.
핵심 서비스로는 1. 언제 어디서나 가능한 방문 진 료 2. 처방전 없이 살 수 있는 약 배달 3. 수술 필요시 대학병원 연계 및 예약 서비스가 있다.
본 연구를 통하여 규칙적인 건강 관리를 하는 환자, 골든 타임에 진료를 받아야 하는 환자, 사각지대에 놓 인 환자에게 삶의 질이 향상하는 서비스가 될 것을 기 대하며 향후 국내 헬스케어 서비스 발전에 도움이 되길 바란다.
