A Study on the Platform for Safety Supplementation in Travel Based on the CPTED Information System- Development of UX design through HCI methodology

This paper aims to improve the service design based on the user experience design (UXD) by focusing on the public security, which shows a high level of anxiety during overseas tourism.
Security and crime are important factors that violate one of the basic human desires, safety needs. This study has developed a location-based platform that collects, analyzes and provides users with information of the guidelines based on CPTED guidelines.
As a result, safety platforms were constructed to collect necessary information based on CPTED guidelines and provide a safe path and considering the diversity of application users visiting tourist areas, the site was organized with various themes and colors to provide location - based VR service, market information for regional revitalization, and various discount information. Methodologies of the UX design, which presents a variety of needs based on HCIs, will provide users with satisfaction and regional development.
본 논문은 해외 관광 중 높은 불안 요소를 보이는 치 안에 집중하여 UXD(User Experience Design)를 중 심으로 서비스 디자인을 개선하고자 한다.
치안과 범죄는 인간의 기본적 욕구 중 하나인 안전 에 대한 욕구(safety needs)를 침해하는 중요한 요 소가 되고 있다. 세계지식경제부 기술표준원과 경찰 청은 범죄자의 범행동기를 유발하는 취약공간을 사 전에 제거하여 범죄발생을 미연에 방지하고 범죄로 부터 시민의 안전을 확보할 수 있도록 하는 CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) 가이드라인을 개발하여 국가표준으로 제정하 려는 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 CPTED 가이드라인을 바탕으로 가이드라인 준수 위치의 정 보를 수집, 분석하여 사용자에게 제공하는 위치기반 플랫폼을 개발했다.
그 결과 CPTED지침을 바탕으로 필요 정보를 수집 해 안전한 길을 제시하는 안전 플랫폼을 구성했으며, 해당 지역에 관광지를 방문한 애플리케이션 이용자 의 다양성을 고려하여 여러 가지 테마와 색으로 위치 기반 VR서비스와 지역 활성화를 위한 상권정보 전달 과 다양한 할인정보 제공 등으로 구성하였다.
사용자 중심의 방법론 HCI를 바탕으로 다양한 필요 성을 제시하는 UX디자인의 적용으로 사용자의 만족 과 지역의 발전을 기대 할 수 있을 것이다.
